Some of you are having difficulty registering or purchasing tickets because the system won't let you in. The reason being, you have to COMPLETE THE REGISTRATION process before you can complete your order.

When you sign up as a new customer, an email will be sent to you to confirm that you are a real person and that your email address is correct. In that email is a link back to the site that you must click to confirm. At that point, the system turns on your account and you can complete your ticket order or competitor registration.

If you don't receive an email from the system, check your SPAM folder, its probably in there. If it is in there, you should tell your email site or email software that emails from Craig Productions are not spam.

If for some reason you don't receive an email at all, use the contact form and get in touch with Brad or Elaine and they'll help you directly with your tickets or registration.
