The Washington Ironman entry forms are available now! It is beneficial to you to get your entry in as soon as possible because you are put in the data base and will receive email updates from the time we receive your entry right up to the evening before the show!! Sending in your entry makes it official in your head. It commits you to your diet and training. It keeps you focused! Our sport is physical but it is also very demanding mentally!
