To compete in an NPC sanctioned event, you MUST be a member of the NPC. You will be required to provide proof of membership at any NPC show that you compete in. Print this registration form and either bring it with you to competitor registration with your payment, or mail it to the NPC well in advance of your show. You will receive an NPC card in the mail, that you will need to bring to the competitor registration for your show. The NPC mailing address is: D.S.I.
