Complete Competitor Information:Saturday September 24th. Judging 10:00am, Finals 6:00 pm Snoqualmie Casino, Snoqualmie, WAYou can register for the Ironman over the phone by credit card at 425-949-7320, online at www.craigproductons.com or by downloading a registration form then mailing it in with a check or money order to: Craig Productions LLC, PO Box 803, Kirkland, WA 98083-0803 Directions to the Snoqualmie Casino: 37500 SE North Bend Way, Snoqualmie, WA 98065. From West: I-90 Eastbound to Exit 27, turn left under freeway to casino. From East: I-90 west to Exit 31, turn right on Bendigo Blvd. and left on North Bend Way to Casino. Women’s Fitness: A competitor information page can be obtained from the Craig Productions web site at www.craigproductions.com The Fitness Round shall count as two thirds of the score and the Two-piece Swimsuit Round shall count as one third. Women’s Figure Championships: Two-Piece Swimsuit only. There are four height classes with an Overall and a Masters Class. Bikini & Physique Division: Two-piece Bikinis only. The Bikinis must be in good taste and appropriate for a family show. No thongs, T-backs or string are allowed. Men’s Physique competitors wear board shorts. The Bikini & Physique Judging and Finals will take place after the Bodybuilding and Figure Judging, at approximately noon. Registration: 09/23/11, 6:00 – 8:00 PM at the Hilton Garden Inn. Drug Testing: The Ironman Naturally is a Drug-Tested National Qualifier, with a two year testing period from the date of the show. Testing is random through Polygraph, beginning on Friday evening September 23, between 6:00 – 8:00 PM, during registration. Testing will be conducted for anabolic steroids, growth hormone, Clenbuterol and prescription diuretics. No testing will be done for pro-hormones or Ephedra. Polygraph results are final! Note: The testing will begin at the check-in at the Host Hotel, the Hilton Garden Inn. Qualifications: All competitors must be current members of the NPC. Competitors may register with the NPC at check-in. ($100.) Novice Competitors must never have placed first in any open show. (Exception – Teens & Junior Divisions) All Masters/Junior Competitors must be the appropriate age by September 24th to be eligible to compete. Novice Women Bodybuilding is one open class. Entry Fee: $75.00 per contest and late entries are $100.00 . Contestants may only enter one contest, within each division (Bodybuilding, Fitness & Figure) with the exception of Mixed Pairs. Each competitor shall receive a one year’s subscription to Ironman Magazine, a competitor bag and an official contest T-shirt for entering this show! Deadline: September 15, 2011. Awards: Niels Anderson Sculptures for the top five in each class, plus Overall Awards for the Novice Men, Open Bodybuilding and Figure Divisions. Excalibur Swords for the Overall Open Men, Women, Master’s Men, Novice Men and Team Award. Beautiful Rhinestone Tiara’s will also be awarded for the top 5 in all Figure, Fitness and Bikini classes, in addition to their trophies. Guidelines: All competitors will follow NPC rules, guidelines and mandatory poses. (No thong suits allowed!) The mandatory poses for Men and Women Bodybuilders are: Front double biceps, front lat spread, side chest (your choice of side), rear double bicep, rear lat spread, side triceps (choice of side) and abdominal/thigh pose. A most muscular pose may be added for the men. Music: Absolutely no profanity is allowed and competitors with profanity-laced music will be subject to disqualification. Craig Productions reserves the right to refuse music not meeting these standards. Bodybuilders have a maximum time limit of 60 seconds, Mixed Pairs 90 seconds, Fitness competitors 2 minutes. Figure, Bikini and Physique competitors will use house music. All bodybuilders will perform their routines at the night show. If you choose not to submit your music in advance then quality CD’s are required and will be submitted at check in Friday night. CD’s must be distortion free and blank, with the exception of the one piece of music being used. CDs must be marked with the competitors name and the competition entered. CD’s must be recorded at the appropriate starting position and music should start at the beginning of the CD. Music can be submitted in advance for bodybuilders, mixed pairs and fitness women. All music must be in either a .WAV or MP3/.MP4 format. Advance music submission deadline is September 19th. Don’t worry about forgetting your music at home, we will already have it! You need JavaScript enabled to view it Team Universe/National Qualifier: The Ironman is a National Qualifier and also qualifies all competitors for the Team Universe Championships. The top three Fitness and Figure competitors in each class qualify for any National Level NPC show. The top two Bodybuilders in each open class qualify for all NPC National competitions. Trainers: Must purchase a ticket to gain admission. No trainers are allowed backstage!!! There are no trainer’s passes. Craig Productions has a professional team available to help with oil and pump-up. Please bring your own posing oil & bikini bite - they are happy to assist you. Physique Photographer Mark Mason will be on hand videotaping the show and taking still shots (professional background) of athletes. For more information on photo packages available visit Mark's site. Spray Tanning: NWCC are the official tanning artists that we endorse for the Washington Ironman. They have a professional staff to help you with all of your tanning needs. If you don't want to hassle with tanning yourself, let their professional tanning artists airbrush your tan for you. They use the tanning products that are especially formulated for the stage. Here is what they say, "NWCC Tan has online reservations, pick the time that fits your schedule! Fees are $100.00 payable at your session. Fees include touchup and glazing at both the prejudging and the night show. We apply as many coats as needed to get you stage ready for the same fee. For ALL of the Ironman Women: We are excited to have highly acclaimed make-up artist Marisa Carew and her team back for the 2011 Ironman. Marisa is an expert in pageant & stage makeup and we are very fortunate to have her helping us. She is the one celebrities call when they want to look their best. Marisa and her team will be providing basic make up for all women competitors complimentary from Craig Productions. She will be available Friday for the Fitness/Figure prejudging and night show and Saturday Women's Bodybuilding prejudging and Bikini. In order to be able to service everyone, she asks that you have your foundation and applied in advance. She would prefer if you don’t add any color to your cheeks or eyelids, or add any shading, please leave that to her expertise. If you would like her to provide you with lashes and application it is $20.00. You do not need to schedule an appointment. She & her team will be able to get to everyone – she is that good! Check-in/Weigh-in: Friday September 23rd, 6:00 – 8:00 PM, at the Host Hilton Garden Inn Hotel, located at 1800 NW Gilman Blvd., Issaquah, WA 98027. Competitors will weigh in, be assigned numbers and check in their music at this time. Drug testing will begin and competitors must be available to be tested Friday evening and Saturday morning. Competitor Meeting – Saturday 9:00 AM, Snoqualmie Casino Events Center. Judging - 10:00 AM, in order: Fitness routines, Novice Men (Light, Middle, Heavy), Novice Women, Fitness Two-Piece, Masters Men (40, 50 & 60), Masters Women (35 & 50) Junior Men, Figure Two-Piece (All Classes), Open Women (Light, Middle & Heavy), Mixed Pairs and Open Men (Bantam, Light, Middle, Light-Heavy & Heavy). Bikini Judging (Masters, Men’s Physique, Bikini Short, Medium, Tall) Bikini & Physique Finals. Finals/Evening Show: (6:00 PM) The same order as Judging. Score sheets will be available for competitors after each class. Guest Posers/Celebrities: Kim “Kong” Farrison will be the Master of Ceremonies. Guest posers include IFBB Pros 2011 English Grand Prix 202 Champion Flex Lewis and 2011 Flex Pro Champion Evan Centopani one week after the Olympia. Host Hotel: Hilton Garden Inn, 1800 NW Gilman Blvd., Issaquah, WA 98027. Ironman Group Rate of $105.00 per night, (Single/Double). The Hilton is four years old and features a microwave and refrigerator in each room, fitness center, indoor pool and restaurant. The restaurant features a special bodybuilding menu. **We suggest all competitors bring a spare set of sheets to sleep in. You will be charged if you damage their sheets with your coloring/tanning.
